Shiatsu is a great way to help with unwinding and de-stressing to fully make the most of the rest that Fairoaks has to offer. I encourage people to move away from the idea that Yoga is another fitness regime and more about looking inward and moving mindfully. I can do 1 to 1 yoga sessions for relief of back pain or particular injuries or groups and also offer children’s sessions. I am an experienced mindfulness practitioner and can teach relaxation techniques and meditation."
